Fizz Watkins artist and Photographer


My name is Fizz Watkins. I am an artist who specialises in creating striking, unique artwork.

Since graduating in Fine Art from the University College Falmouth I have been working as a self-employed artist. I painted from an early age and quickly discovered a passion for portraiture, faces fascinate me.  I love creating large scale portraits, in a very detailed technique. For me, I aim to capture not just the likeness but also convey a sense of character and personality.

I also paint contemporary landscapes and focus on the subject of nature. I am inspired by the sea and sky. I use glazing techniques to create intense colours. I try to infuse my paintings with light, energizing the final piece.
